Wanted: Business Development Representative

We are looking for a new talented and passionate team member to join our Sales team!
What will be your responsibilities
• Qualify leads from Sales Navi and social media as sales opportunities
• Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
• Present our company to potential clients
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Represent company tools and finds warm topic to start customized emails
• Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
• Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Setting up CRM tool and entering lead data and plan meetings for Sales Director
• Report to the Sales Director on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
• Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
What are your skills
• Strong social media activities, CV and LinkedIn profile
• Advanced or native level of English
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Experience with CRM software (especially HubSpot)
• Experience in social media community management and replies
• Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email verification tools
• Willing to learn different tools and use for business development
• Familiarity with LinkedHub, LinkedHelper, datascrapper and data miner
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Nice-to-have skills
• Work experience as a business development representative
• Hands-on experience with our Zoomsphere tool
• Practical experience with social network management tools
• Ability to communicate in other languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish or others)
• BA or MA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English literature or relevant field
Some other details
• Paid Internship position (part-time)
• Possibility to work on a Contract of Work (on Invoice / IČO) or on an Employment Contract (DPP/DPČ)
• Start as soon as possible
